A 1st prize for a new office tower in Düsseldorf
Our contribution to the project development of Cube Asset XVII GmbH won one of the two first places.
The slender structure rises 45 meters on its south side, making it visible from afar along the axis of the Federal road. Towards the north, it is terraced in several steps, thus dividing the office building into 4 stacked segments of 3 floors each. Each segment receives a large, green roof terrace on the city side and a two-story garden lounge on the opposite south facade.
Public use is planned for the first floor.
Both winning offices - JSWD and SOP - will now revise their concepts for the final decision.
