JSWD presents the project at Hagemeister's architecture seminar
On March 4, 2026, brick manufacturer Hagemeister once again hosted a full-day architecture seminar at its headquarters in Nottuln near Münster. The event series has been running for around 20 years. The focus is on successful examples of the use of bricks in current construction projects and the continuation of building culture and construction technology.
A total of four offices shared their experience with clinker projects and reported on their practical experience. Our partner Tobias Unterberg and our associate Lejla Huskic presented the Brühl Town Hall and the integrated city library. The special feature of this project, in particular, was that the facade clinker bricks were also used on the roof surface – from the eaves to the ridge – which met with great interest.
The seminar day was moderated by Michael Schuster, editor-in-chief of the trade journal DBZ.
