Together with sto, the manufacturer of the facade material (clinker brick slips on ETICS), an entertaining documentary was created on the revitalization of Porz's city center and, more specifically, on House 1. The video features interviews with those involved in the planning and construction supervision: Jürgen Steffens, founding partner of JSWD, and Holger Thor, project manager on behalf of the client (moderne stadt).
