Honor for excellent design quality of the building signage system
The award recognizes the excellent design quality of the building’s signage system in the category “Excellent Communications Design – Signage and Wayfinding.”
According to the German Design Award, “the signage system developed by Form & Fokus references the polygonal structure and plastic facade elements, and connects wayfinding with architecture to form a creative whole that lends the project a unique, recognizable identity.”
JSWD planned the office district in the south of Bonn for Art-Invest. The district, which is comprised of three office buildings including a 28-story high-rise, creates a thoughtful connection to the neighboring residential district in the south.
In 2024, the ensemble was awarded the German Design Award in in the category “Excellent Architecture.” The award is presented annually by the German Design Council in various categories.
