First public information event
In summer 2024, our design impressed the jury, among other things, thanks to its clever use of available space and successful integration into the urban landscape. The City of Cologne plans to involve the public at an early stage.

In our concept, two structures with nearly identical footprints but different heights are positioned on a shared base in a way that creates a coherent urban concept. The ensemble opens towards the city center with a central courtyard. Together with the renovation of the existing building currently underway, the project will create a holistic corporate campus.
