In the Cologne-Bonn 03/26 issue of CUBE Magazine
We are pleased to announce the publication of an article on the urban revitalization of Porz City in the 03/26 issue of CUBE Magazine. JSWD was commissioned by moderne stadt to develop the master plan for the redevelopment of the dilapidated city center. The Cologne edition of CUBE Magazine also reports on the construction phase of the project.
Following the demolition of the department store ruins in 2018, the distribution structure for all underground parking garages in the overall project was first constructed according to JSWD’s plans. This was followed by the construction of Building 1, which is located between St. Josef Church and the pedestrian bridge over the main thoroughfare.
