Competition Kepler Areal Ludwigsburg

Mention for JSWD together with RMPSL

The Kepler site is part of the Ludwigsburg railroad station district and is to be reactivated as the last remaining brownfield site as part of iba'27 (StadtRegion Stuttgart). The Pflugfelder Group would like to build its new headquarters here. There are also plans for a hotel, restaurants, commercial premises and a daycare center.

Due to its location in the urban layout and its exposed position on the railroad line, the site was identified as a suitable location for a high-rise building. A forward-looking and sustainable development concept was now sought.

In the ideas section, the focus was on open space planning considerations to achieve inner-city recreational and amenity quality, urban greenery and ecology as well as the optimal networking of all routes.

We developed our concept in collaboration with the landscape architects from RMPSL. The jury awarded us a commendation.
