Office Building Europe Plaza, Stuttgart, Germany
Client: Fay Projects GmbH
New Owner: Real I.S.
Planning survey 2008
Completion 2017

The Europe Plaza office and business complex is situated almost opposite the "Library of the 21st Century" in the Stuttgart 21 redeveloped quarter. Following a three-stage competition, the judges voted for the design by JSWD.
A lively city quarter characterized by trade and catering sections as well as freely customizable office space in the upper floors will be created here. A courtyard across two levels forms the core of the building: a wide-ranging foyer hall of great, significant space illuminated by bright daylight. At "Stockholmer Platz" and opposite "Londoner Straße" the volume of the building in the lower two floors is reduced. Two representative entrances to the atrium will be created here.
The project was awarded with the plantin certificate of the German Sustainable Building Council e.V [DGNB].
